SUCCESS IS NOT JOURNEY IT'S A DESTINATION

Each one of us want high happiness index, peace of mind, mature character and success in life but most of us do not really strive to achieve these goals. Out of us who struggle for their goals a very few are able to make things happen. The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is the difference between the level of Inner Power both the categories posses in their brains and the level of Power they exert to achieve what they want to achieve. In my opinion, the Inner Powers consist of following seven categories and the intellectuals who possess all these mental muscles can accomplish a great deal of victories in most of the fields of life: 1-The Power of Focus: There is a story which tells that during the bird shooting session, the instructor asked each shooter what he is looking at. One candidate said, I am looking at the flock of birds, another said, I am looking at the tree where birds are about to sit however one shooter said that I am looking in the eyes of one of the flying birds ! This is the power of focus I want to draw your attention towards. Focus means to insert all of your energies on one goal and do not let any obstacles change your attention. Remember, you see problems when you move your eyes away from your target. Don't let your mind distracted from your goal. Don't let impure thoughts spoil your plans. Remember, what you focus on increases so don't let the seeds of negativity get nourished in your brain. Use Zoom-In and Zoom-Out tool to strengthen your Power of Focus. 2-The Power of Vision: A fast pace horse running in the wrong direction will never reach its destination. Instead it will cause misleading ripple effect to its followers too. Building the Power of Vision starts with your thinking style, awareness about your field, your comprehension capabilities and your caliber to imagine the future. A) Your thoughts are the seeds for your character because thoughts give birth to actions which become your habits and constitutes towards your personality and consequently your destiny. Empowering your thought process involves staying away from negative thoughts, trying being part of the solutions instead of problems with less criticism and more optimism. B) Awareness: Empowering your awareness level involves a lot of reading, meeting with high potency people, watching relevant documentaries and observing people in the industry. Make habit of reading great magazines and watching news daily to improve your vision. Once you develop the Power of Vision, your comprehension levels will be as deep as a sea; your thoughts will fly as high as sky and your strategies will be as solid as rocks. 3-The Power of Now: People make plans people forget plans people fail. Why? They don't execute. They keep thinking and they keep waiting for the 'right' moment to kick off their plans. This 'right' moment never comes if they keep waiting for it. The right moment is now. The best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up and act. This is understood that planning is important. However if you keep wasting your time in the name of planning, you will end up as a failed chap. Break down the big target into smaller tasks and start implementing one by one starting today. Don't waste your time as your idea might get implemented by someone else. You might have more tough circumstances with more complications tomorrow. You might have to bear the burden of additional responsibilities so Now is the time to take action. Now is the time to make difference. Now is the time to make things happen. Remember, your thoughts will not take you anywhere if you don't implement them. So take action Now !!! 4-The Power of Positivity: Successful people posses a positive mindset. To develop this power you must shield yourself from Negativity. Remember that being positive will give you the freedom to look forward instead of looking in past. If you keep wandering in past with negative thoughts you will not be able to proceed with your goals. Positive people are part of solutions not part of problems. Positive people convert risks into opportunity. They have the sense of gratitude. They believe in skills not in luck. If you want to build this power, try staying away from negative souls, make the habit of reading good books, join some nice pages on Facebook or Google Plus, read wisdom quotes and surround yourself in positive people. 5-The Power of Analytics: Being analytical helps in many ways, for example, breaking down bigger problem in to smaller tasks, considering the issue from more wider and multiple angles, evaluating the options from Needs and Wants perspective, differentiating between urgent and important tasks and eventually working on things which matter the most. Whether you want to analyze large data at work, or you want to purchase a new mobile set, Resolving a technical issue or handling a conflict in family or work, analytical skills help you a lot. Read a thorough article Here 6-The Power of Flexibility: Mostly people think the other way around; in fact being flexible doesn't mean being weak instead it portrays your powerful personality trait that you care about others and respect the difference of opinion. It is said: "Better to bend than to break" so the more flexible you are, the more you will be able to manage stress which will strengthen your thought process. Keep your ego aside and listen to the perspective of others. Keep your mental doors open and be flexible in changing your plans. Be adaptable to situations because sometimes U-turn in life are fine to take. Don't get dishearten. Remember, God takes men to deep waters not to drown them but to cleanse them". 7-The Power of 'Implosiveness': Great people are not explosive at all. They are cool at mind and heart. They are not sensitive and reactive in nature. When a tragic situation triggers their anger, they analyze it from logical, sentimental and ethical angles and then respond in order to improve the situation and not vice versa. So you must believe in the fact reactive nature will reduce your friends and increase your foes. Empower your personality with these 7 super powers and gain ultimate heights in life. Remember, success is not a destination, it's a journey. For this journey, there are no escalators so you must take the ladder passage. Which means you have to take step by step approach to reach to the top. If you are in doubt at any stage, just take next small step and notice the consequences. If all fine, go ahead; if something goes wrong, take a step back and re-assess your direction.

LOVING THE WHOLE YOU

It’s February and love is in the air! For many of us this time of year brings forth a deep longing for more romance and intimacy in our lives. As Valentine’s Day is on display almost everywhere you look it is hard not to think about it. Some people feel the love that’s in the air, some choose to ignore it and some go out of their way to boycott it completely. Whether you want to admit it or not, the reality is that we all want to be loved, cherished, understood and cared for, it is part of being human. And for the most part we constantly look to have these feelings fulfilled from other people in our lives. But it never is fully satisfying and never feels like enough. That’s why when Valentine’s Day rolls around; many of us feel the void. The one place where we will find the key to true, long-lasting love is the one place that the most of us aren’t looking…WITHIN. We are all born with the natural ability to love value and appreciate ourselves, and it is time to remember how awesome we already truly are! It’s time we make February the month of SELF-LOVE. If you want more love to flow into your life you need to learn how to turn that valve on within yourself first! LOVE yourself…LOVE everybody….and everybody LOVES you back

JUST LOVE CHANGES EVERYTHING

Today is Valentine's Day... a day we celebrate LOVE. So I wanted to take this opportunity to send you a note and say... I LOVE YOU I APPRECIATE YOU And I BELIVE IN YOU. It's true. I really do. LOVE is a funny thing. We love our parents, our kids, our friends and our spouse... ... We say we love chocolate and football and ice cream... ... In fact, we SAY we love a lot of stuff... But what does LOVE really have to do with your life outside of a few special relationships? The answers is... EVERYTHING! See, everything our world is made up of "energy"... kind of like how radio stations operate on a "frequency". The station you "tune into" in your life will determine what kind of "music" plays in your world. Meaning, if your overall vibe is one of groaning, moaning, frustration and complaining you'll only hear "country music" in your world. Just kidding! It's just that most country songs I hear talk about someone losing their job, their wife, their car and their dog all at the same time. ;-) But seriously, if you're constantly stuck in a "low energy" mode where everything you notice and talk about is what's missing, what's wrong, what isn't working and why it likely never will... You will NEVER live the happy, healthy and wealthy lifestyle you crave. So how do you turn it all around? Simple. LOVE. LOVE is the highest "frequency" there is. Love is the answer to all your problems... literally. Because when you bring LOVE to any situation and commit to ONLY bringing love... everything changes... and fast. Don't believe me? Try it. Take any sitation or relationship that's not working in your life right now and bring LOVE to it. Just love. No judgement or criticism or skepticism. LOVE really IS the answer. So today, be sure to tell the people you love... that you love them. And start by looking in the mirror at that magnificent person staring back at you and decide today that you will forever and always love that person. Decide that you will build that person up... speaking only life and success and abundance and joy over the person looking back at you in the mirror.

It is best to perform these breaths as long, slow intakes of air - allowing the body to absorb all of the inhaled oxygen while simultaneously relaxing the breather. To do this comfortably, it is often best to loosen tight-fitting pants, belts, skirts as these can interfere with the body's ability to intake air. This is Heaven

Is This Heaven? By Steve Pavlina / Source: MindTrip Magazine If you maintain a negative limiting belief about your reality, such as a belief that this reality is insane, crazy, violent, indifferent, apathetic, etc., then your attitude will absolutely cream you. You can't expect to get anywhere good with a belief that this reality is anything less than heavenly. You're not actually judging reality with such beliefs because you only have access to your limited perceptions of it, and those are 100% within your mind. So by labeling reality negatively, you're actually labeling a part of your own mind in the same way. That's a trap — a huge trap that you must avoid at all costs. The Trap of Labeling Reality Negatively Subconsciously your mind will respond to such beliefs by crippling your self-esteem and strangling your ability to leverage your skills and talents. Some people who go this route even kill themselves in the end. It's a completely foolhardy way to deal with reality. No good can come of it. Well… no good other than the eventual realization that it was a rather lame idea. Once you realize that your perceptions of reality are all you have to go with, the most sensible approach is to permanently rule out the idea of casting aspersions on your reality, since you're actually ridiculing your own perceptions, which can only make you go a bit insane. You can't afford to do anything of the sort. That cannot possibly do any good whatsoever — it can only take you down a path of self-destruction and ruin. What's the alternative? Do the absolute best you can to cultivate a harmonious and supportive relationship with your reality. Settle for nothing less. If anything conflicts with your efforts there, ignore it as best you can, and refocus your attention on re-establishing a harmonious and supportive relationship with reality. You cannot get anywhere in this life if you do otherwise. Some people have the belief that this reality is something of a proving ground between heaven (bliss) and hell (torture). They're mistaken. When those people experience physical death, if their consciousness continues, they'll only continue recreating more of the same flavor of experience they had here. They won't suddenly ascend or descend just because they drop the connection to this particular physical plane. When you disconnect your computer from the Internet, it doesn't suddenly upgrade or downgrade itself. If you want to upgrade your life experience, you must be the upgrader. How to Take Control of Reality This reality is actually as good as it gets. You're already in heaven now, if you believe such a thing exists. There is nothing better. Whatever you think you can create in heaven, you can create and experience here. This doesn't require magical powers or magical thinking. It does require taking full responsibility for how you relate to this reality. Since that relationship exists entirely within your mind, it's under your control… but only to the extent that you believe it is. If you think that's a Catch 22, you're also right, since that's just another belief. The benefit of a Catch 22, however, is that you can choose to be on the side that cheats, so no matter what happens, you win. I maintain the belief that reality is 100% on my side. This is not based on evidence. It is based on choice. The evidence comes after the choice, not the other way around. I even believe that reality conspires to go out of its way to help me, and I see evidence of this constantly (again, only after I chose this belief). And so this is what my experience of reality becomes. It's full of pleasant surprises. Today, for instance, I received an extra $900 out of the blue that I didn't even know was coming. Reality loves to bring me gifts like this — financially, socially, experientially, etc. And because I maintain this belief, people frequently help and support me on my path. No one is going to do that for someone who thinks this reality is somehow lacking or damaged — that belief will only get you drained, beaten down, and abused. If you seem to have a love-hate relationship with reality, then who's the abuser? It can only be you. If you wish to continue suffering, then by all means, do so. I won't stop you, especially when you do it in an entertaining way. What if the whole time you've been here, reality was conspiring to bring you the most heavenly experiences imaginable, and all this time it's been waiting for you to get with the program? Reality was functioning perfectly — within established parameters. But perhaps you've been slacking off in the imagination department. Have you been dwelling on what you'd love to experience and summoning it, or have you been muddling your mind with thoughts of perpetuating more of what you don't want? If you love what you're experiencing right now, you can just keep observing that, and it will self-perpetuate; if that's you, you're already golden. But you can't afford to let your mind dwell on your observations and their extended predictions if you've already established the pattern of creating experiences you don't desire to continue. If you want to break the pattern of what you're already experiencing, you need to shift your energy from observation and prediction to unfettered imagination and creation. Essentially that's a time management challenge — spend less time observing and more time imagining. Have you thought about what heaven might actually be like? It's surely not all harps and angels and clouds like you might see depicted in a movie. That might be fun for a few hours, but then you'd be bored for eternity. This Is Heaven Here's how I define heaven for me. Heaven is a state of existence that let's me experience the following: Beam - Enjoy my life immensely; feel deep appreciation and gratitude for this experience; laugh and smile Harmonize - Maintain a deeply positive, loving, and supportive relationship with my reality Shine - Develop my skills, talents, and habits to genius level; shamelessly express and share my creativity and brilliance Explore - Search, study, travel, learn, and discover, guided by my curiosity, desires, and intuition Open - Open my heart; actively invite and experience delicious connections that I desire Grow - Become more capable and free; release and shed fears and limitations Prosper - Create and enjoy tremendous prosperity and abundance No need to wait for an afterlife. This is achievable here and now.

Inspirational message to build child.s career.

This is a powerful message in our modern society. We seemed to have lost our bearing & our sense of direction. One young academically excellent person went to apply for a managerial position in a big company. He passed the first interview, the director did the last interview, made the last decision. The director discovered from the CV that the youth's academic achievements were excellent all the way, from the secondary school until the postgraduate research, never had a year when he did not score. The director asked, "Did you obtain any scholarships in school?" the youth answered "none". The director asked, " Was it your father who paid for your school fees?" The youth answered, "My father passed away when I was one year old, it was my mother who paid for my school fees. The director asked, " Where did your mother work?" The youth answered, "My mother worked as clothes cleaner. The director requested the youth to show his hands. The youth showed a pair of hands that were smooth and perfect. The director asked, " Have you ever helped your mother wash the clothes before?" The youth answered, "Never, my mother always wanted me to study and read more books. Furthermore, my mother can wash clothes faster than me. The director said, "I have a request. When you go back today, go and clean your mother's hands, and then see me tomorrow morning.* The youth felt that his chance of landing the job was high. When he went back, he happily requested his mother to let him clean her hands. His mother felt strange, happy but with mixed feelings, she showed her hands to the kid. The youth cleaned his mother's hands slowly. His tear fell as he did that. It was the first time he noticed that his mother's hands were so wrinkled, and there were so many bruises in her hands. Some bruises were so painful that his mother shivered when they were cleaned with water. This was the first time the youth realized that it was this pair of hands that washed the clothes everyday to enable him to pay the school fee. The bruises in the mother's hands were the price that the mother had to pay for his graduation, academic excellence and his future. After finishing the cleaning of his mother hands, the youth quietly washed all the remaining clothes for his mother. That night, mother and son talked for a very long time. Next morning, the youth went to the director's office. The Director noticed the tears in the youth's eyes, asked: " Can you tell me what have you done and learned yesterday in your house?" The youth answered, " I cleaned my mother's hand, and also finished cleaning all the remaining clothes' The Director asked, " please tell me your feelings." The youth said, Number 1, I know now what is appreciation. Without my mother, there would not the successful me today. Number 2, by working together and helping my mother, only I now realize how difficult and tough it is to get something done. Number 3, I have come to appreciate the importance and value of family relationship. The director said, " This is what I am looking for to be my manager. I want to recruit a person who can appreciate the help of others, a person who knows the sufferings of others to get things done, and a person who would not put money as his only goal in life. You are hired. Later on, this young person worked very hard, and received the respect of his subordinates. Every employee worked diligently and as a team. The company's performance improved tremendously. A child, who has been protected and habitually given whatever he wanted, would develop "entitlement mentality" and would always put himself first. He would be ignorant of his parent's efforts. When he starts work, he assumes that every person must listen to him, and when he becomes a manager, he would never know the sufferings of his employees and would always blame others. For this kind of people, who may be good academically, may be successful for a while, but eventually would not feel sense of achievement. He will grumble and be full of hatred and fight for more. If we are this kind of protective parents, are we really showing love or are we destroying the kid instead?* You can let your kid live in a big house, eat a good meal, learn piano, watch a big screen TV. But when you are cutting grass, please let them experience it. After a meal, let them wash their plates and bowls together with their brothers and sisters. It is not because you do not have money to hire a maid, but it is because you want to love them in a right way. You want them to understand, no matter how rich their parents are, one day their hair will grow gray, same as the mother of that young person. The most important thing is your kid learns how to appreciate the effort and experience the difficulty and learns the ability to work with others to get things done.

It takes money to make money, Biggest lie

"Go to the effort. Invest the time. Write the letter. Make the apology. Take the trip. Purchase the gift. Do it. The seized opportunity renders joy. The neglected brings regret." - Max Lucado The Biggest Lie: "It Takes Money to Make Money" By Dr. Steve Sjuggerud "Congrats Steve, you just made $100,000 today," a lawyer said to me this week. I just bought a property, cheap. The lawyer thinks I could sell it for a six-figure profit right away. A friend of mine heard about this deal and said, "Well... it takes money to make money." I was surprised he said that, actually. To me, this little phrase is one of the biggest and most dangerous lies out there. It is a convenient excuse to simply not try to succeed. It's like the old joke: "Lord, I've worked hard all my life, why couldn't you have just let me win the lottery?" The Lord replied, "Why didn't you just buy a ticket?" You've got to try. And it doesn't "take money to make money." In my last real estate deal, one of my business partners put up no money at all. Instead, he's putting in "sweat equity." He's doing most of the work on this project, adding value to our investment. I'm certain he will come out with a six-figure profit when we sell. He could even make a couple hundred thousand dollars! Remember, he put zero money in. So in his case, it didn't "take money to make money." His situation is not unique in real estate. A common deal goes like this: A young guy comes up with an idea to make money. He finds a property he can buy for $100,000, put $20,000 into, and sell for $150,000. The problem is, he has no money. So he finds an old guy with money, and they agree to split the profits 50/50. If the deal goes according to plan, they both walk away with a $15,000 profit. He had the only two things you need: 1) an idea, and 2) the willingness to roll up his sleeves and make it happen. He did everything from finding the old guy and convincing him to invest, all the way through to selling the property. In both examples, the young guy didn't even have any risk in the deal. Real estate deals are an easy example. But it doesn't "take money to make money" in other areas, either. A young friend of mine came up with a simple idea. He launched a website that focuses on - get this - forklifts! It's like a Hotels.com, only for heavy-duty equipment. If you need to buy or rent heavy equipment, you can locate them through his website, and find the pieces you need that are closest to you and at the best prices. It's not the sexiest-sounding business, but it's a great idea. It cost him next to nothing to set up his website and call equipment owners to get them on board. Now he earns a commission from every sale or rental. Life is good. He doesn't work for "the man" anymore and hasn't for years, and he's making more money than ever. It doesn't take money to make money. You just need two things: A great idea. To roll up your sleeves and make it happen. You can't underestimate either of those things. The amount of effort and commitment required will be extraordinary. But that's the way it goes. You're trying to break out of the ordinary. So an ordinary effort won't cut it. You will need to sustain an extraordinary effort. This is hard. But it's how you make money. It is much easier to give up. It is much easier to say, "It takes money to make money" and never try. It is much easier to complain that you'll never win the lottery, without buying a ticket. (You know what I mean.) Don't ever catch yourself saying it takes money to make money. It doesn't. It takes a great idea, and the willingness to make it happen. Now get to it! You can do it...
